What I do at MNW

Every aspect of my role connects to our learners. I seek attainable, incremental improvements that build better experiences from creating an inviting space to removing obstacles to AMI training.

Commitment to ABAR/JEDI Work

I commit to everyday actions, naming and challenging bias, privilege, and ability found in our beliefs, behaviors, and institutions.

What I like about MNW
Supporting the current and future Montessori community with a group of equally dedicated adults.

Cats or dogs
Paws down, cats!

A book (or series)
I love to read fiction and non-fiction. My favorite style of a novel has disparate characters, storylines, and themes that weave together over chapters (e.g. Let the Great World Spin by Colum McCann and Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi). My love of learning leads to primarily reading mind-stretching, transformational non-fiction (e.g. The Warmth of the Other Suns: The Epic Story of America's Great Migration by Isabel Wilkerson and Autobiography of a Face by Lucy Grealy).
